Program : Open course with Shinji Tanaka Sensei 7th dan from SKIF Honbu Dojo Tokyo on Sunday, March 16th, 2025 from 13:00 to 15:30.

13:00 - 14:00: Joint class for all ages, from young to old. Everyone trains together.

14:00: Children under 12 finish the lesson.

14:00 - 14:10: Short break for the remaining participants.

14:10 - 15:30: The lesson continues for adults and youth from 12 years old.

Fee : Free of charge for Shotokan members
